This has to be one of my favourite deleted scenes from Saw just because of how feral Lynn gets whilst attacking Amanda. Not to mention, you can tell she actually thought it out? They were isolated, Amanda's back was turned for a period of time and Lynn had found herself a weapon.

Lynn's main goal was to take the key off of Amanda, presuming it to be the one that would get the shotgun collar off her neck. However, the reason this scene was likely scrapped is due to the fact the shotgun collar itself when described by Amanda could be prone to going off if messed with too much. We have no way to know whether it was a scare tactic but yeah! Anyway, what would have Lynn done after? If that was the right key... Great she's got the collar off. Now what the fuck does she do with Amanda?

Lynn doesn't seem to have as much of a vengeance type drive as Jeff... But in such a scenario would she kill Amanda? At this point, she doesn't even know her entire family is in the building. She is just making a last ditch attempt to escape. Do they just awkwardly go back in to check on John? Do they kis-

can saw characters cook?

adam - barely. he’s got solid basics (eggs, grilled cheese, etc) but if he tries a complicated dish it’ll turn out…. subpar

lawrence - yes. not as good as allison can, but raising a kid makes you learn to make a few solid dishes

amanda - never learned, but she’s got the potential

hoffman - no. look at me. he cannot. im sure he can cook a burger and pasta and thats it

strahm - he could if he wanted to, but he lives on a strict diet of coffee and protein bars when necessary 98% of the time

perez - yes. she can cook the best out of everyone on this list

kramer - he can cook. jill was treated well

eric - he can’t. his wife did all the cooking so he’s stuck eating tv dinners now

rigg - he’s mediocre. he’s been learning but he’s in the habit of burning things
